Tier Based Delivery Fees
Setting up your business for success obviously starts with a good financial setup. One that will make both your drivers AND customers happy while still having healthy profits.
This is doable with our suggested Delivery Fee setup. Tiered setup allows you to deeply customize your fees for your location and make it efficient.
You can also see how to quickly switch to this delivery fees setup HERE
User Roles and Permissions
Expanding your business requires you to delegate certain tasks so you can focus on growth.
You can easily onboard new members in minutes by giving them special permissions/restrictions so they can only access the parts of Software YOU see fit their role.
So go out there build relationships with restaurants, grow and expand, don't worry about the setup, we make it easy! 🙂
Courier Order Setup
Looking to increase your order volume?
We make it easy to receive orders from over 100 national brands through your admin panel.
This is a great way to capture extra order volume to keep your drivers busy.
Example: A customer is ordering delivery on Dennys.com You automatically send Dennys a quote to bid on delivering the order. If you win the bid, the order automatically shoots into your dispatch system and your driver may execute the order and both the driver and your company get paid.
Additional Features and Updates
Adding Driver-Thru restaurants to your Delivery Service can greatly expand the choices your customers have which can in turn increase your daily sales and make your drivers happier.
In this case you will have to enable PoP (Pay on Pickup) and PiP (Place in Person) orders with Smart Pay cards.
These cards will be linked to your Stripe account and allow your drivers to place orders at Drive-Thrus and pay for them quickly.
Utilizing our 3rd Party Partnerships will allow you to handle more orders with less drivers when you’re in a pinch.
You can manually get quotes and send a 3rd Party Driver yourself or let AutoDispatch send orders once you hit an above average Delivery Time Threshold.
Read on to learn how to process a quote and which new information you can see on your Dispatch screen.
