Auto Zoning, Automatic User Discounts & Locational Expenses
Auto Zoning is a great feature that will save you time creating or updating your delivery zones. It works by taking Zip codes from your existing Restaurant profiles in order to create a NEW zone that will cover all surrounding zip codes in that area depending on the mileage radius you choose.
Once you are in the proper section of the software you will see a list of Zip codes in the top box. This is a list of every zip code in this location in which you have a restaurant profile set up. Input a number in the radius field from 0.1 to 15. When you click "generate"… a NEW zone will be created in your location called "Main Zone - Radius" any zip code within the distance that you specified FROM your restaurants will be added to this zone.
This is yet another great way to save time with our software and remove tedious tasks out of your day so you can focus on growth!
Automatic User Discounts
You can now create custom Coupon Codes that will be automatically applied to customer's checkout page if it's applied to their User profile.
It's sometimes hard to justify but if you have great customers and reward them for being loyal, you will build long-lasting relationships with your community that will bring you a stable stream of revenue that's predictable and reliable.
Through automated discounts for specific users you're also showing them that you appreciate their business which can prove useful in promoting your business further between those users and their relatives and friends through word of mouth, which is always going to be most effective form of marketing.
LOCATIONAL EXPENSES are expenses that are “OUTSIDE” of the DeliverLogic software, meaning your rent, internet, phone bill, and anything else you need for your company.
You can still TRACK these inside DeliverLogic by utilizing the Expenses field in your location. Afterwards, you can include this data in our Financial reports to get a true breakdown of your profits and operating costs.
Additional Features and Updates
Lowering the amount of "busy work" you have can help you onboard new restaurant partners quicker and a great way to do so for your business is to introduce existing partners and also present potential new restaurant partners with our Merchant Portal.
Let your restaurant partners take "control" and eliminate the amount of tasks you have to do on a daily basis.
Your restaurant partners will be able to edit:
- Pull reports
- Review simple financials
- Edit their FREE website with our Website Builder.
Fast paced restaurants like Delis and Chinese Takeout can heavily rely on speed and volume because their food tends to be a bit cheaper so their margins are not as high as for example a steakhouse.
This is where our bluetooth printers can streamline the operations so the restaurant's speed doesn't suffer from Delivery orders that you send them.
