In addition to any fee we may charge, your mobile service provider’s standard messaging rates apply to our confirmation and all subsequent SMS correspondence. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SMS message services are provided on an AS IS basis. You may opt out or change your information for mobile services via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by sending “STOP”, “END”, “QUIT” to the SMS text message you have received. However, such opting out will not apply to any communications from our other website offerings you have registered for or from the Network Sites to whom we may have already provided your information. You must opt out directly with each respective affiliate and follow their individual opt out policy.
Opting-Out of Further Communications
Site or application registrants may opt-out of receiving further communications from Company. Registrants may, at any time, choose not to receive promotional emails from Company or Network Sites by (1) following the “unsubscribe” instructions in any such e-mail received by registrant, or (2) writing to email@example.com. Additionally, Registrants may at any time modify their information by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
Note that unsubscribing from one email list does not automatically unsubscribe you from any other email list that you may be on. Please read the email carefully to find out which list you are unsubscribing from. Registrants also may opt out of receiving telephone calls from Company or Network Sites with whom we have shared your information by requesting to be placed on its company-specific do-not-call list.
Right to be Forgotten
Site registrants may by writing to email@example.com request that all personal identifiable information about them is permanently deleted after providing confirmation of their identity. After such verified request all contact information and personal information will be removed from Company Servers. You may still have to contact affiliate services or advertisers directly and comply with their specific requirements.
Right to Your Information
In certain circumstances, you have a right to access or object to the use of personal information held about you (including in relation to direct marketing). You can also ask us to rectify, update, erase, restrict or to share your information in a usable format with another company. Such requests are subject to applicable law. You also have the right to request your specific information be sent to you.

Information submitted to DeliverLogic, Inc. or DeliverLogic.com is an asset of DeliverLogic. Inc. Your personal information may be transferred to another company (either a corporate affiliate or an unrelated third party) that has acquired substantially all the stock or assets of DeliverLogic, Inc. Notwithstanding, at your written request to email@example.com, we will delete any information that is personally identifiable about you as an individual.
Government and Legal Disclosures

Must Be 18 Years or Older
Neither Company nor the Network Sites are intended for, or directed to, children under the age of 18. If we learn that a person who registers on the Site is under the age of 18, we will promptly delete that individual’s registration.
